The original cover screws were #3-48 x 7/32" brass black oxide binding head. The screws for attaching the components inside (capacitors, coils, etc.) were #3-48 x 5/32". Both had internal star lock washers. You are unlikely to be able to find any in black oxide because of OSHA and EPA. And you are unlikely to find any of those exact lengths. 1/4" will do in place of the 7/32" as none of the holes are blind and none will hit anything else inside if they stick out a little. However, even with internal star lock washers, 3/16" screws may bottom out in the feet on the capacitors so you may have to run a nut onto those and touch the tips to a grinder. For finish, you can go with cadmium or nickel plating or stainless steel. If you have a mix of original BO and new, you can blacken the heads of the new ones with Magic Marker ink. And probably touch up the originals so that they all match. Ink them before installation so that you don't get ink onto the chassis.
The last time that I bought any, I got them from McMaster. Delta Fasteners might be another source.
And the first time that I sent this, it went off somewhere in the Google weeds.
