[Milsurplus] [Glowbugs] WTD, a few SCR-274 parts

They are #3-48 binding head screws - 
https://www.mcmaster.com/#binding-head-screws/=1e9o3se are stainless 
steel, which matches the original barrel plated nickel finish pretty well.
