More commentary:

Firstly, the modulation transformer is missing - darn, I was looking 
forward to MCW.

Nearly all the wiring is lead jacketed.  I've never seen that before, 
but it's probably good in the marine environment.

The resistor strings to drop B+ from 1200 volts to the VFO and buffer 
have been interrupted to bring them out separately.  This is probably a 
good idea to provide good regulation, and may be necessary.
