[Milsurplus] Military Radios - LA County Estate - auction or scrap?

When Charleston Naval Shipyard closed the entire technical library was
shredded.
That really upset me.
I could see that classified documents should be disposed of properly,
but, the majority were unclassified.
It was just too much work to look at the front of each manual and place
the classified ones in one pile and the unclassified ones in another.
The train facilities on base could have used them.
