[Milsurplus] Military Radios - LA County Estate - auction or scrap?

Our little company used to sell a 3D laser crime scene scanner to
state/local police departments. Even though it was an off-the-shelf
standard product, we'd usually have to agree to 10-20 pages of terms and
conditions. In addition to all the usual liability insurance,
non-discrimination, etc. clauses, Los Angeles wanted us to certify we had
had an on-site day-care facility - even though 3 of our 4 employees had no
kids and the 4th's kids were in college. My favorite was New Jersey where
we had to submit notarized statements that we hadn't bribed anyone there
lately.....
