[Milsurplus] Military Radios - LA County Estate - auction or scrap?

I would be interested in restoring the BC-639s and 640s. The
transmitters would need to have shielding, bypassing, and filters on
the output added, but with digital and cable TV today, the chances of
bothering anyone are greatly reduced. Of course, as usual, they are
thousands of miles away and may be hopelessly snarled in paperwork.
PLEASE be sure to have a valid will so our hoards of stuff can be sold
or given away instead of being snarled and trashed.
