[Milsurplus] tube cement

have a small collection of vintage transmitting tubes including a
large hydrogen thyratron used as a radar pulse modulator. Our
cleaning lady was dusting around the tubes and must have whacked the
side of a WW1, Ediswan AT-50 and loosened the base. The tube is
secured to the base using some type of cement and wonder if there is
a modern equivalent to re-cement it. The tube still works but needs
attention.
