[Milsurplus] Fort Rodd Hill B.C. Canada

Friend sent me this photo of a second radio room at 'Fort Rodd Hill' , B.C. Canada.
This is a very low res photo and not much use, but maybe someone has a clue what kind of radio?
I can't really make out any front panel features except that an inline-pins type plug seems to be at
the lower right. Who knows, this might even be just a wire telegraph terminal. The main radio room
has a W.S. No.19 set with dyno supply on mounting tray.
