If you aren't concerned about authenticity and don't mind an imported
replacement, an auto scrapyard or a place that does store and office
sound systems are great sources. Add some polyester "wool" to damp the
resonances of the box, at it will sound quite good as a communications
speaker.
If authenticity is important, getting the original reconed if it is
still there, or finding as close a replacement as possible from
entertainment radio collectors is a good possibility.
