I don't know, not having gotten to my RBCs yet.

That sounds to me as though the HFO is on the wrong side of the input frequency. 

Possibly above instead of below, or vice-versa. THAT is the FIRST thing **I** would check 
in a similar circumstance before I dug into components.

I wish I had at least one RBB. I have two RBCs and two RBAs. No power supply for either, 
though.
