[Milsurplus] PL-149

If someone actually needs it right now, give them priority.  If not, send 
it to Houston.  One SCR-245 takes one PL-149 (tor the BC-312) and two 
PL-150's (to the PE-55 or PE-125/135-AX).  I've been converting PL-149's tp 
PL-150's by removing the insert and replacing it with one from a PL-61 (of which I 
have the Free World's supply at least of the inserts).
