[Milsurplus] Another unk headset

Found another headset of model unknown to me.
A standard 'telephone operator headset/ mic, with a switchbox with rocker switch,
ON/ OFF/ MOM. Switchbox is stamped,

'NSN 5965 00 113 5185
17 04617  3'

Then about a 6 foot coil cord, to a 5 pin M connector, 'pentagon pattern' , face on:

.........A..........  ( and key slot above 'A' )
E................B
....D.......C.....

Insert also marked '145-9'

What is this for? If it fits anything you have, it's available for postage. The microphone's cap is gone, but I have some other 'operator'
headsets for a replacement cap.
