Thanks so much to those who scanned and posted. So much fun to read. Takes me back. 

Columbia had all the MN 62 ADF components. MN 62 was 99.999% ARN-7 but FAA approved. Interesting that Columbia showed both ARN 7 and ARN 6 type loops as part of the MN 62 accessory inventory. 

Late model MN 62 ADF antennas had crossed ferrite bars with some sort of very small Gonio motor in the apex. Could be nearly flush mounted. Reportedly gave DC 7s an extra knot by allowing removal of two draggier football LP 21 type loops.
