Could be a TBW? Looked at the meters on my GO, and they're as you described except they're numbered CG22082A and CAY22238A. The DC meter could be redlined at 90 for phone operation or (and I'd have to look at the manual) for high altitude or low power CW. The 175 is the normal high power CW current.

Also one with 15 volts A.C., redline 10 volt; body extends deeper than usual meter, sez "CAY-22082A 600-800 CY".
I'm guessing this latter one is for GP ?
