[Milsurplus] Fall Project: Navy ATD Transmittter

I realize the market for such set is vanishingly small, but - for Oregon and Washington west coast, probably, 
I have 2 ATD that I do not want to keep; a mostly-good another one; and extra TU to hack to 20M ( no deal
on TU separately ), and an ARB receiver with control box. Possibly shippable but at high cost. If you can collect
the transmitter by hand-off here in these states, it's $60.
