[Milsurplus] TV-7 Repair

DaveI met Paul Hart at the Michigan Antique Radio Club meet a few months ago.  He gave a presentation on the TV-7 at the TCA meeting which was held the day before the meet officially started.  I believe that he too has a repair service.
