[Milsurplus] Marine use of airborne radios

There have been numerous postings on this list regarding conversion of
military surplus airborne direction finders such as the MN-26, ARN-7,
SCR-269, etc. for use on boats. I just happened to notice while looking
through the Bendix manual that the MN-26CA was actually intended for marine
service, employing a positive ground for the 28Volt input power. I realize
this isn't an earth-shattering bit of information but I thought it might be
of interest to the few people on this list that collect these sets, just in
case you don't already know about it.

All I have ever seen is the versions intended for airborne use (the very
first piece of surplus I ever bought was an MN-26K), has anyone on this
list ever come across the MN-26CA?
