[Milsurplus] Li Ion batteries

The one thing that one should check before doing this is to make certain 
that the 14V charger outputs are both floating WRT ground/chassis. Other than 
that, the batteries are already made up of lower voltage cells in series. 
And if you were to find a 24 volt nominal battery with the same Amp-Hr rating 
and built from the same cells, it would simply contain twice as many of the 
cells in one instead of two packages.
