[Milsurplus] [ARC5] ATD + R4 - mic connections

I use the Navy RS-38 carbon microphone with all my Navy airborne gear (ATD, ART-13, RT-91/ARC-2) with excellent results, full available modulation and good audio reports, considering the equipment is designed for communications quality audio. RS-38 mikes are almost always available on ebay, hamfests, etc. and never got a bad one.
