[Milsurplus] Fair Radio

Fair Radio has the same problem as all the other surplus dealers. No  
sources of surplus to speak of. Phil has been buying from estates and  
individuals for a while as well as other surplus dealers. I have sold him quite  a lot 
of stuff over the last 25 years, esp. when I was in the  
Baltimore-Washington area and doing 5-8 auctions a month at PAX,Meade,Aberdeen,  Belvoir, 
NASA, etc.
