I had a TXC-1 ACPS in my stuff stashed up north of Seattle. This summer I will be up there going thru my stuff with the goal of liquidating most of it, , and i'll look for the PS.
I don't honestly recall now whether i scrapped it or moved it when i had to vacate some storage up there. It will be interesting to hunt through a pile i haven't surveyed in years.
I recall i had a large box of fax paper that i think i got with a stack of radio weather-fax receivers NIB that i bought around 1999. The receivers were all crystal controlled and i scrapped them
out ( no programmable frequency sources were on the horizon then ) and i lugged the paper around for some years before finally concluding it had no place in my future.

Well this is something I got into last week at the West Coast Mil Radio meet in San Luis Obispo.
Buddy gave me the main chassis for the AN/TXC-1 Fax Machine from 1943-50 era. So now I am looking for stuff to make it run.
I am in need of the Power Supply, PP-86(*)/TXC-1, for the unit. Also looking for the small vacuum pump that went on the table to suck the fumes from the spark on receive.
I know that it is a lost cause, but it would be nice to get it up and running and drive people crazy with the signal on the air.
Of course now to find the TeleDose paper for it and the speaker, LS-11, and the .....etc,etc............
Thanks,
Chuck
