Well, I can (because I was there)
pin-point exactly where in the Nevada
desert one can find buried about 5 tons 
of  Textronic and other expensive test gear with
all their accessories, 
hundreds of Bird Wattmeter elements,  tens of
miles of 1st quality coax jumpers and cable,
NIB Textronic scope probes (about 72 cubic
feet of them), and piles of misc other high-dollar gear,
courtesy of  Bill Clinton's stooges and minions.

In another location, (you can blame this one on Eisenhower),
many Army-issued 1940s-50s Indian motorcycles,
 jeeps, trucks and other flotsum.  

However, to recover any of this fine stuff,
one would need full-body NBC protection suits,
respirators, decon gear the permission to dig.  
Which I don't think is likely...
