[Milsurplus] "RSMC" crystal manufacturer ?

Who made this crystal? A crystal for the old 2 MHz AM band, circa late 1950s, larger than FT-243, like BC-669 size crystal, and i don't know what that size is called,
these labeled "RSMC  type 1041".
So who is "RSMC" ?
