I had a similar experience a decade or so back. Purchased one of their
plain black rubber cords with a modular plug on end for use on an old 40s
rotary phone I restored for my niece. Excellent quality, fast service, and
good communication. When I wrote to praise the product and service, they
wrote right back thanking me and saying they hoped I'd be back in the
future. A good company.
Would be great if they came up with a dual cable for headsets, wonder if
there would be enough demand? There's a fair demand from the old radio crew
for similar cloth cables for horn speakers and the like, even the
multi-conductor battery cables of the 20s are being reproduced:

Have done business with Denton before, he's also a good guy who provides a
quality product and great service. He also replies to email promptly.
