[Milsurplus] Mystery Tube Update

Folks,

Thanks to everyone who's helping to puzzle this out.  Quite a few people 
looked at the page.

I powered the tube up, and took more pictures.  The electrons seem to 
tend to flow around the far edge of the prism.  Is this what it's 
supposed to demonstrate?

Dave S,:  The filament lights up pretty brightly at 6,3 V, 2.5 A. The 
"prism" is completely solid, and is polished smooth.

have some grasp of the physics involved.
