I was fortunate to get a couple AT-12 RCAF manuals with the transmitter i bought. 
However i packed up the majority of my manuals that i did not require on-hand and i do not readily have access to them.
I would not buy the transmitter if the offer came up today, but what's done is what's done, and now i have it.  I bought it
back when my thinking was "Military radio? Buy!", which is not a logical way of life.
