[Milsurplus] Looking for 'Docs on Model RAA

I have nothing on them other than the listings in SHIPS 242A.  But the RAA 
is a year newer than the RU.  First RAA contract was in 1931.  RAA-4 
contract was in 1937.  So it's 1930's but not 1920's.  And covers 10 to 1000 KC.  
So VLF through MF.  Like the later RAK/RAL, it was normally paired with the 
RAB covering 1000 to 30000 KC.
