[Milsurplus] BC-348 series CORRECTION

Ray, you could say that about the PSNS shipyard modified 348 I had. Why was there a need for that, when the military was surplusing out
all kinds of BC-779s, AR-88s, RBMs, HROs, etc. ?
The other AC modified one I have, surely was not ham job. No ham would have gone through all those factory practices including screened
hole plugs.
Who knows why? Why would the Navy repanel RBM receivers to fit 19 inch rack? How odd. But they had materials, and they had very
skilled craftsmen in their employ, and normal measures of cost did not apply.
