[Milsurplus] Solid state PRC-6

Good afternoon to the group,
 
I have a pair of PRC-6 radios that have been converted to solid state to  
run on eight "D" cells.  They look like a professional conversion, but I  
have no information on them. Does anyone have an idea as to what I have?   They 
are on 51mc.
