[Milsurplus] Another "factory A.C. " BC-348 ?

I pulled the "ROK" out of the air. There were some other stamped letters after "INSPECTED BY" but I don't recall them.
I tend to think this is some surplus dealer product but I don't understand why the part of the rubber stamp that says,
READ INSTRUCTION SHEET BEFORE USING. I wouldn't expect to see that, which sounds more government-militaryese.

>25Z5 makes sense if the 348's filaments weren't rewired. But I've never seen that one. The only thing that ROK means to me is "Republic Of Korea".

The A.C. supply is has a much smaller transformer than the other BC-348 I have that has a non-hammy A.C. added.
In this one, there is a shield stamped with "INSPECTED BY ROK". There is a choke and a vertical can capacitor and
the rectifier is something like 25Z5.
What think ?
