[Milsurplus] Lamp base ID ?

Hello all:
I have a lamp I would like to use, but cannot find anything on the 'net about this base style. I'm sure one or more of our resident geniuses can point me in the right direction. The base is 1.5"W (+/-) & 1.5"H  (+/-).
