Sadly, there is little interest in SCR-183, and that
is tragic and unjust. It is a very cool set with a long
and honorable service history.
Direct sale at a club event? Unless you have a nut like me
there, a direct sale at a club event is unlikely to fetch $20.
Maybe not even $10. I've been at some live auctions lately
that will darken your day if you think you might retire on
selling WWII radio stuff directly to individuals.
Ebay is the only place of which I know that has
a broad-enough market to get something reasonable
for that item, and then probably in the 30 range.
That it's NIB might bump it up some.
IMHO,YMMV, etc.
