Hi, Dick:

The TCM-2 is very reasonable: it weighs 169 lbs without its power supply, so that works out 
to 169/125 = 1.352 lbs/watt.

The power supply, which is a separate part, weighs 229 lbs.

If you add that to the transmitter's weight, 169 + 229 all divided by 125 watts (CW), you get 
3.185 lbs/watt.
