I find it odd that according to the schematic, the +1350 VDC connects from the input HV 
connector to one side of the filament of the 803s, specifically, to pin 5 of both tubes. 

Then the plate RF choke is connected to pin 7 of the filament transformer, which means that 
the +1350 VDC has to pass through the final amp filaments to get to the plate RF choke.

This cannot be correct.

I'll look at the wiring diagram to see if there is a discrepancy there.
