[Milsurplus] TCM-2 - manual

The 1943 Preliminary manual (wherever mine has gotten off to) on TCM-2 and 
TCU-2 has no NAVSHIPS number.  It probably has a GE number but unfortunately 
I didn't record it and cataloged mine as 900,401 PRELIM.  And then didn't 
put it in the right box.  :-(
