[Milsurplus] Collins 51Q-1 (TCS) receiver available - Pacific Northwest

According to several original Navy manuals plus some anecdotal evidence the 
first numbered TCS model to actually have a Navy nameplate on the front 
panel was the TCS-5.  However, Collins also sold the 56Q and 51Q commercially.
