[Milsurplus] List of TCS Contracts

Lend Lease.  According to SHIPS 242A, TCS-1, TCS-2 and TCS-3 were all Lend 
Lease.  I had always assumed that so were TCS and TCS-4, as virtually none 
have turned up in the USA.  But it doesn't say so.  It also doesn't say 
wether they were sent to England or Russia.
