[Milsurplus] Missing tube info needed for IP-69A/ALA-2 panadaptor

 I opened up my unit to photograph it prior to listing it on eBay & noticed that 2 tubes were missing. The 6AC7 was easy enough to replace as the tube V- number & JAN nomenclature are stenciled on the aluminum chassis. But there is another empty socket at the upper rear that has no stenciled info. The V- series in that section appears to be complete: V-109-112. On the underside there is wiring attached to this socket so there should have been a tube there. Does anyone have one of these or access to a manual? This info would be very helpful.
