[Milsurplus] RAK on HF

Never tried the RAL on 15 but it works well enough on 20 to copy SSB  fair if you're good at riding the regen control. So in all likelihood it would do fair on 15 for CW. You just have to remember it's 75+ years old!  Used the RAL most every Saturday for years at the USS Ling until 2010.
