How about the 6C4?
It's a 7-pin triode, usually used in receiving applications, but it's a
pretty respectable
transmitting tube too.

Heater: 6.3V @ 0.15A
Plate dissipation: 5W
Max plate V: 350
Max plate I: 25
Max freq, full ratings: 54 MHz

At 300V and 25 mA, output is 5.5W.
