You can dispute the issue -

The military overseer, researcher shoots/shuts down first "WHAT THEY 
CONSIDER QUESTIONABLE"?  the when a dispute arises and with further 
communication usually the  re-post is allowed.  Most of these guys  
don't even know when the Vietnam war ended.... or WWII for that matter.

But you got to do what you got ta do
