I will certainly try that, Mike.  So far, I've
only used the RFCs externally on the supply
leads.  I had said before that the RFC
in the +120V side had no effect, but that
wasn't true this morning.
It was: put in the +lead or the -lead, but
not in both.  And I did make sure they were
at right angles to minimize coupling.

One of the .001 filter caps died shortly after
"first light" and I have bypassed it with a good one.
The other I left at full voltage on the ZM-11
overnight and it held-up, so it's still in-circuit.
