Hmmm....#30s are medium-mu triodes, and the 1H4 is a direct replacement, 
transconductance is around 900 uMhos.

So, anyone have any idea of a low-mu battery triode?

The 12B4 (mentioned here previously) is listed as a low-mu triode, yet its transconductance 
is 6300 uMhos.
