[Milsurplus] TCK-4

I forgot to mention that the M-G equipped sets (both AC and DC) also 
included a separate motor starter box.  I haven't carefully studied the schematics 
of the seven different (TCK-4 and TCK-6 appear to have differed only on the 
nameplates) transmitters but think that those contain the missing controls. 
 Or most of them.
