[Milsurplus] Email I No Gets

For some reason, I'm not seeing any mail from
Hue Miller, Kargo_cult at msn.com, reflected
or not, unless someone forwards it to me.  
His mail is not in my Spam folder either locally
or my provider's folder.  I don't have him or 
anyone else in blocked senders list or 
Message Rules.  I have no idea what's up
with this or whom else is being blocked.
If you've written me via Milsurplus and I haven't
responded,  I probably didn't see it.  
Scratching my head....
Going to check the archives.
