[Milsurplus] What do I have?

I have one of those IFF sets  that show up looking like  new all  the 
time...  but  I also have one where  someone tried to make  a  400 mc  cb set out 
of...  same thing   remove all  components and  start over  with  stripped 
chassis....  I  keep it just to  show it off!
