[Milsurplus] What do I have ?

The cabinet must be Navy. That perforation and the panel mounting screw
slots are pretty characteristic of WW2 Westinghouse Navy gear. The front
panels appear to be originally Navy to me. But I can't match it to any
model yet.
The interior looks HB or incorporates some bits and pieces of something
military.

Good mystery.
