[Milsurplus] What do I have ?

Hello all:This thing followed me home... Looks like an EX- Navy transmitter... but, I don't have a nomenclature tag or a tube lineup to get me into the ball park. This was obviously modified by hammy hambone at some point in it's life. The power supply which uses 2 X 3B28 and takes up two shelves in the rack with the filter section on the second shelf look to be pretty original. The XTAL controlled osc / driver chassis looks pretty much stock also, but I could be mistaken. The word was that it was taken from a Navy vessel @ Bath, ME.
Any info would be appreciated.
