[Milsurplus] Another AC supply for TBY

I found an AC supply for TBY. The nameplate says "POWER SUPPLY FOR TBY EQUIPMENT /
BUILT BY RADIO LAB. "   As with the "issue" TBY AC supply, the radio sits on top it.  Any
good guesses on what "RADIO LAB" is ?  Is this a military-built unit or as I suspect, maybe
built by some school ?
