If you are going to use foam in place whether do it your self or pro shipper
item in a plastic bag. If the foam gets out of its bags and onto the radio
you will never get it all off. I know!!

The stuff I have received which were commercially packed using that
"foam-in-place" had those at the 8 corners, with, essentially, at least 2"
of air otherwise.
I don't know if those can "lift" the item, but it LOOKS like they do.
